Do you also handle rental management (special ownership)?
Yes, under our §34c GewO licence we manage special ownership (Sondereigentum) – but we do not take on communal (WEG) management. Scope and terms are agreed individually with you.
What happens in the event of urgent damage?
We respond quickly, secure the property, commission vetted tradespeople and document everything for you and, if needed, your insurer. You keep full transparency without having to coordinate yourself.
